SWIM - 1 km.
Ocean swim - 2 loops of a 500 metre course
It's an ocean swim, a triangular course on the west side of the Jericho pier (wetsuits allowed).
PADDLE - 6 km.
The paddling course starts at the Jericho Sailing Centre pier and heads east to the Vancouver Yacht Club pier, then turns west to the marker off Spanish Banks and back to the Jericho Sailing Centre.
Open to Kayaks, Outriggers, SUP and Surfskis

RUN - 8 km.
The first 4km is in Jericho Park and the second 4 km is west to Spanish Banks and back.
Note: Teams tag off at start/finish area.
